Weston Fruit and Veggie Multi-Chopper (83-2014-W) with 3 Stainless Steel Blades and Storage Base

The product looks cheap and the blades are very flimsy so you have to be very careful of the items you use to put through it. The bottom has a couple of non-slip strips to avoid the chopper from sliding on your counter-top that really work. I'm satisfied with chopper, it does the job and I have freshly cut French fry's.

It's OK for the price, but is not as easy to clean and store as the Sabatier one we already own. But Sabatier no longer makes the product and we needed a new one. It really does not slice. What they describe as slicing is cutting french fry size 4-sided pieces. The Sabatier actually slices. Have used for a month and this morning, trying to cut a very small new potato, the 1/4 inch dicing blades completely shattered. Blades went in all directions as the plastic frame broke. Will not recommend.

Just got this as a gift. Very handy to have the only thing I wish it had was a slicer but love the two dicing blades. Works great and cuts prep time.

I like french fried potatoes but hate fried foods. With this device I can have "fries" anytime. This is the only chopper I found that actually works with raw potatoes. I have discarded two inferior products that either broke or did not cut. It is a little bulky but it cuts a potato easily in complete safety without making a mess. Here is my french fry process: Chop 2 or 3 washed potatoes Lay them on a lightly oiled Pizza Pan made with holes Seperate the fries as much as possible Spray the top of the fries lightly Salt and Pepper to taste 25 -30 minutes in 425 oven

Was looking for this gadget for a gift for my husband. Worked great a few times but then it broke. Just didn't hold up.

I read the reviews, gave it a try, its not worth it and I am returning mine. #1: The container that the veggies go into doesn't have an opening or a slide out, so when it's full, which would take a long time (see #2), and you lift it up, all your veggies fall out. #2: The blade are so small you can barely get a couple of slices of tomatoes into it. #3: The stands that slide into it, are quite short. What this equates into is the inability to lift it up without pulling it out of the holes EVERY SINGLE TIME to put any amount of veggies on the blades to chop. #4: The box says, "slices", chops...well not quite true. There is no slicer per se, there is like an "apple" type slicer but as for slicing onions, nope. Nothing with just straight blades, so in addition to this, you need to purchase another "slicer"...

Love chopping onions with this thing. Excited to try some fries and see how it works. A little annoying that the cutter gets caught in the top but I'd rater deal with that inconvenience than chopping.

I bought this for $40 and it doesn't worthy a penny. It won't chop anything unless you slam on it really hard. I put it on the ground and slam it with extreme force. It worked for a few slams, than the metal piece came off with the top piece. This cheap made in China product was cracked after few attempt of chopping onion. Worthless.

かなりの力をかけても切れない。具材が厚すぎるのかと思い、かなり薄めにカットしてから使用しても切れない。これでピクルスつくろうと楽しみにしてたので残念。

It kind of does the job. The reason I gave it only 3 stars is that the dicing mesh is lifted constantly while dicing onion or something like that. Also the dicing blades are already bent on mine. I kind of like it and I still use it but every time I have my doubts.
