How long does it take to work?

I think it depends on each person's body type, for me about one week, and yes it does work.

Does it matter if it's taken before, after or between mesls?

I suggest taking it 10 min before eating. Mark. Herbalishous. Wayne, PA

why is this 90 ct bottle $40 cheaper than others??

I checked our Amazon listings and I do not see this. We do sell it as 1 pack-$22.95/bottle/2 pack/4 pack. Perhaps this is confusing. Mark Stearns. Herbalishous. Wayne, PA

No where on the bottle does it show lactose , so assume it doesn't. It does state "free from allergens such as milk, eggs, fish, crustaceans, shellfish, tree nuts, peanuts, wheat, soy, and sesame."
