I've been using omegavia pharma for my joints and depression for about a month now with minor improvements, should i get pharmepa restore or maintain?

Hi, we would recommend Restore initially as it provides 1000mg EPA to effectively target inflammation. This is also the advised dose for mood. After about 3 months of pure EPA you could move on to Maintain. Kind regards

Thanks for your query Master C.  The capsule size of our Pharmepa Restore is roughly the size of a baked bean. There is 500mg of EPA per capsule and the concentration of EPA per capsule is 90%.

Thank you for your question. Fish reflux is common with fish oil consumption. For this reason, we have added natural lemon oil to the capsule to disguise the fish oil flavour and prevent fish reflux. We also recommend taking the capsule before a meal containing a source of fat to support the body’s natural production of digestive enzymes which will support the breakdown and digestion of the contents. By taking it on an empty stomach, or after a big meal, the fish oil risks sitting on the top of the stomach where it is likely to cause reflux.
